  • Digital Door Locks offer 1 year warranty on all items, please keep all the documents attached to the product so we can use it in your claim. 
  • Digital Door Locks offers a 30 days return policy on all  items based on manufacturer return policies.

    30 Day Money Back Guarantee
    Digital Door Locks wants you to be very pleased with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at (1800) 665-397 1800 NOKEYS and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.


    Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
    All returns MUST have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please email us at sales@digitaldoorlocks.com.au or call Technical Support at (1800) 665-397 1800 NOKEYS during Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.


    Restocking Fee
    No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in 100% perfect condition otherwise, 5% of purchase price will be charged. Any shipping charges accrued from the Digital Door Locks are non refundable unless the return is due to our error. 


    Return Shipping Instructions

    • You MUST call Technical Support at (1800) 665-397 1800 NOKEYS Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for RMA number.
    • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
      – Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
    • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
      • Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
      • Include all original packaging materials and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer
      • All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.

      Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.

    • We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
    • You must pay any return shipping expense.
    • Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

    Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.


Digital Door Locks reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Digital Door Locks on returned items, and Digital Door Locks will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
