So happy I ordered this. It arrived quickly, it was very easy to install and is so easy to use.
Only minor thing I can fault is the app that you are asked to install in the instructions no longer exists and I had to ring support to find out the app that is being used now.
Once the app is installed, it’s very easy to record the fingerprints - my favourite feature! Love not having to fumble around with keys anymore.

I am glad to leave the days behind when i had to manage keys and repeatedly ask myself - Did i actually lock the doors. In today's time, a smart lock is a must have with access available at a single click. And when it comes to security, i only trust the best, there were some cheaper options available when i was looking for a smart lock. I went with this lock as i trust the brand and the technology that goes in the making. Overall i am very happy with the product, will surely recommend it to friends and family. Only downside for me is that sometimes my lock disconnects itself from Wi-Fi. Hopefully this is only a software thing and can be fixed with on-the-air updates.

I have been using my new digital lock for a couple of months now and it has been fantastic. It was really easy to setup multiple users as we are a family of 6 each with their own unique code and fingerprint identification. I have linked it into my google home with no issues and can lock and unlock the door with simple commands. I highly recommend this product for a sturdy easy to use digital lock.

I love this digital lock! No more fumbling for keys, no more worrying about if the door is locked, I can tell when the family gets home from the notification on my phone. I have even set it up with my Google home so I can ask it to open if my hands are full! Installation was a bit tricky, as I have an older house and thinner door frame - but got there in the end (thanks Mr locksmith). Highly recommend this lock, especially if you have other Samsung or Google products.

I've had a Samsung SHP-A30 door lock on my old office building and loved it so much that I had one installed on my new office. It's a fantastic way to eliminate the need for keys, especially with staff, so there's no need to mess about with lost keys, having them returned at the end of someone's employment, etc. I also use it to assign temporary access codes for our office cleaners, plus, I get a log and notifications of when, and who, opens or locks the door. Using fingerprints is simple, and having the pin-code option is a good back-up. I've also been able to open the door remotely via the app to let couriers place deliveries inside. All up, a digital door lock is a super option for simplifying your life, and all the things mentioned could work in a family home setting as well. No issues with reliability or security over the time I've used this and the previous one at my old office.

Love that the kids don't get locked out of the house any more. Then ring us to come home to let them in only to find out we don't have any keys either as we all took an uber. In a world where we don't use our car as much any more it's great to not have to cart your keys around . Add a samsung phone and your wallet and keys are completely obsolete.

I have got a two locks, one on my main door and one on Laundry door. Very easy to install (because I replaced with existing manual lock) and set up. Just download instructions or follow YouTube videos, plenty available. Best buy for me in terms of technology.

I purchased a Samsung SMART Lock SHS-3321 from Bunnings. The packaging on the box said SMART the signage at bunnings said it was SAMRT. But once I installed the lock, I found out it's not SMART rather DIGITAL contrary to all the advertising. Then looking at this website I found out that they have changed the name to Samsung DIGITAL Lock SHS-3321. Tried to call. No answer. I feel ripped off. I could of bought a Eufy Security Wi-Fi Smart Lock Touch for an extra $100. And it would of been SMART. Or I could i bought a DIGITAL lock for $200 less from Kwikset.

After several months of a broken app and no assistance Samsung finally have fixed the problem. Thanks !
It works fine now apart from a minor glitch on small screen phones that cant personalize codes.
Otherwise a good lock ... unless the app breaks again because last time it was a nightmare to resolve with little initial support from Samsung nor AU DDL but to be fair, they did get better after some bad reviews.

Convenience - NO MORE KEYS
I've got the Samsung SHPA30 model lock from Amazon at a Special discounted price. The model is slick and smart looking. Full of features and the App is easy to use, I did encounter a cloud server login issue but the support was good even though I had to wait for about 2 weeks but in the end the issue was sorted out. The installation was fairly straight forward and the lock template and installation video was a great help. There is no more worry about my kids losing their keys at school or misplacing the keys.

This is the most ineptly designed smart appliance on the market today, it has never worked and Samsung are clueless to fix the ongoing defects which will LOCK YOU OUT OF YUR HOME!!!
The lock managed to actually work for three days, but is yet broken yet again and no hope of a permanent fix in sight?
I have 15 smart devices in my home, this imbasilic device is the ONLY one that doe snot work, and seem to be impossible for Samsung to fix..
Waiting on an investigation from the ACCC on how Digital Door Locks Pty Ltd continue to sell knowly defective products.. that are not FIT FOR PURPOSE (ACCC definition)..

The code feature doesn’t work on iPhones in Australia. Samsung are very tight lipped about it and all they say is “we are working on it” for the past 3 months !!
It’s a nightmare so don’t buy.
I am about to rip it out and seek a refund as I’m about done waiting. This will mean fixing the fire door it’s in probably as I am sure the replacement won’t work in the same holes. So bad.

Excellent convenience at a great price
I bought the Samsung SHPA30 model smart door lock from Bunnings 6 months ago and I must say am happily satisfied with my purchase! The model looks compact, smart and elegant on the door with really good smart features like fingerprints scanning, randomiser code entering, privacy mode, temporary pin generations, access logs and many more features. What a great lock to have and complemented by a great support team who helped me in the installation and technical part. The installation itself has pretty smooth as it came with lot of product videos to help you navigate your way. It is a retro fit mode which means you can simply replace your old deadbolt with this one. Complete peace of mind and you can now leave home without the worry of picking keys…am loving it.

Who needs keys?
We have had this keyless lock for almost a year now. I love how I can keep tabs via the iPhone App & also can give temporary pins to people like tradies & cleaners. The only issue we had so far has been is when we moved to NBN we lost connectivity to the lock but the DigitalDoorLocks customer service was very helpful and I was able to troubleshoot the situation pretty quickly. I should have just called them earlier as I spent a lot of time trying to resolve it myself. Now I know there is good support for this product as well.

I bought a Samsung A30 Digital Lock on eBay and even though I am a terrible handyman I was still able to follow the instructions and fit it to my front door.
I didn't have any trouble setting up the keypad and fingerprint but for the life of me the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect the lock to my mobile phone and one of the main reasons I bought this lock was so that the person I am a carer for could unlock and lock the door using Google Home.
After trying everything I could and watching the YouTube video multiple times I finally called Digital Door Locks from the number on the sticker inside the battery cover. It took awhile to solve but I was given instructions over the phone until we were able to overcome the problem and now the Samsung Smart Lock does everything it was meant to do including connecting to Google Home.
Thank you so much for the help, I am fairly sure that without it I wouldn't have gotten the lock to work properly.

My first choice would've been a digital lock instead of a deadbolt but due to door size limitations Jimmy suggested this one instead. He was punctual and friendly; I'm very pleased with the installation and the keyless freedom I now enjoy! The only nitpick I would say is the deadbolt occasionally doesn't fully retract, but hitting lock/unlock again fixes this.

Jimmy did an amazing job installing our new Samsung A30 digital lock. Due the existing extra large door handle, we found it difficult to find a suitable lock that would fit our door and look right. Jimmy gave us heaps of advice and we decided to purchase the A30 from Bunnings which was installed by Jimmy. Jimmy did a great job and it looks great and tidy . He was professional and polite and installed the lock with no issues and also spent time helping us to set it up so by the time he left it was all set up and we didn’t have to worry about anything (this was much appreciated) . Lots of friends have commented on how fancy it looks, and we recently used the temp PIN feature for our pet sitter whilst we were on holiday. As we left very early in the morning, it meant we didn’t have any awkward key handover. I would not hesitate to recommend this lock, or Jimmy for his wonderful service.
