replacement part failed to fix problem. Requested replacement of entire unit, however was told this was not possible as only replacement of faulty parts was covered. Replacement part is currently out of stock..... I have had no access through the front door of my property for over 2 months. Looking like at least a further 2 to 3 week wait!
Have been pretty patient, but starting to get a bit frustrated by the whole thing.
If someone would like to intervene and expedite proceedings, it would be greatly appreciated.
