Change of Mind

If the product has not been unboxed and the packaging remains intact, you may return the item for a full refund, provided we are notified within 14 days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We take no responsibility for items lost or not delivered during return transit. If the product has been unboxed but not used, connected, or installed, we can offer a full credit of the invoiced value if notified within 14 days from the delivery date. The credit will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This applies to non-commercial quantities, with a maximum of 2 products purchased.Refund requests must be submitted via the online form (see below). Requests will not be accepted via phone or email.Notification date will be based on the date of form submission. Once submitted, a member of our team will reach out with the next steps, including refund authorisation and the return mailing address.

Damaged Goods

If the product is delivered in a damaged condition or there is an incorrect delivery, it must be reported via the online form below within 7 days from the delivery date.Damaged products must not be installed, connected, or used.

Faulty Goods

Nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:

"Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees"). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
