What a piece of crap! Had to return as literally impossible to program despite following instructions to a tee. Unable to get onto customer service

Extremely happy with our new lock. Easy to use and install.

This product will lock every time you close the door so it’s not good for parents with young kids playing outside., the door will lock the moment it closer needing a code tapped in keypad to reopen. Very annoying if you just want door shut to keep weather out but need to go in and out constantly, Otherwise good product.

loved it - it works well BUT look at the state of the screen - my front door is protected and in an alcove yet the screen has so many spider cracks on it we cant see the display - !! looks tacky - even a simple screen protector would have made a huge difference - now we either forkl out for a new one or put up with it - if I buy again unfortunately it will not be this one

Fitted the 3320 about 4 years ago and have had good service from it. Yesterday a small aluminum piece on the internal mounting bracket called the tailpiece link broke rendering the lock completely inoperable either electronically or via the manual latch. Lucky i am handy as I had to bodgy up an old lock I had to make my front door lockable. Its disappointing that an important component of the lock is prone to break like it did and must be due to fatigue. In my eyes this is a design fault and should be addressed by Samsung by using a stronger material. I have managed to source a spare but have to purchase the whole mounting plate not just the tailpiece link that snapped and it takes at least 5 days to get here. Samsung area quality company and this product is not cheap so would expect better.

Hi the lock is great it was it works like a charm keeps my family safe and I like the mag lock Accessory that locks the door soon as you close it so I know everyone is safe

The lock is good looking and function well. The battery cover is not intuitive to take off. Maybe an arrow pointing upwards to indicate"slide up" would be helpful. It does take a little practice to setup your own pins though.

Samsung digital lock was easy to retrofit into the old lock I had and it is very easy to use,wether your using a pin code or tag. Love the self locking feature for peace of mind.

I have owned many homes over many many years and have never felt so comfortable with a security device as I do with the Samsung Door Lock. It is very easy to use, and whenever I forget something, I simply call Technical Support and not only are they extremely polite, but they ALWAYS assist me overcoming the issue in a very expedient & friendly manner. I will NEVER purchase any other brand of lock.

Absolutely love my Samsung digital lock! Forget your keys? No drama! Need to let someone in without giving them a key? Just program a pin code! The little tags are light and easy to use if you don’t like jingling key rings. Also super handy if you think you forgot to lock your house because the sensor knows when the door is closed and will lock. It compliments my no door latch door perfectly!

Love this lock! The customer service support is fantastic. Advised us on which lock to purchase for our door and promptly set us up with a lock smith. The lock smith “Dan the door man” was efficient, programmed the lock, showed me trouble shooting tips and very nice to deal with. The lock itself is so easy for the kids to use and I don’t have to worry about them losing their keys. I love not having to carry keys while walking the dogs. Recommended if you want basic code or card access.

I'm very happy with the customer support from Digital Door Locks. I contacted them to inform that the magnetic sensor is missing in my Samsung SHS3320 door lock and they right away offered me a spare. They are very friendly and supportive. Also, i'm very happy with the door lock as its the only lock that fits in to my door have glass strips.

I like that this lock is modern & keyless. Most of all I like the amazing customer service from Digital Door Locks. My lock was already installed when I got it but key components were missing, the tech team took me through step by step to find out what was wrong. If only all companies had such great post sale support.

Review of smart lock This model uses sounds not words to communicate the mode. The bolt does not drive out with enough power to close against the strike plate if there is any friction. We have to hold the door in a neutral position to allow the bolt to close. The card operation is good on the car keys to negate the need for a code. The code is ideal fir kids who loose things but can remember the code. Overall digital locks are the way to go.

Samsung Digital Door Lock The lock seems like good quality and simple to use. The sensitivity could be a little better. It does make heading out easy with the door locking itself and no need for keys when out exercising or walking the dogs.

Convenient and Easy When children the look has made everything easier, no lost keys. Had problems changing master number but a phone call easily rectified the issue.

SHS-3321 - Convenient and Safe This is our second Samsung SHS-3321. Very convenient - we particularly like the coded entry tags - much easier than keys. Also great to be able to give various visitors an entry code rather than a key. Safe because you can update the code easily anytime. Suggest getting the protective film for the screen as over time it can deteriorate if in direct sunlight.

Convenient security We love that it automatically locks the door, so no concern about "did I remember to lock the door?" The 1 press button from the internal is convenient as is being able to leave the house without keys. Lost keys are a thing of the past.

Multifunctional door lock Really like the keyless features, if you forget your keys in the house, you have the keypad pin as a backup. Aswell as the extra security of the accessing the key pad. When we needed to change the master codes, customer service were very efficient in answering our questions.

Door lock Very happy with our door lock, had it for a couple of years and we are able to leave the house without keys which is great when you want to go for a walk. Also after 2 years we had a issue with the lock and they replaced it straight away for us.

The best! We recently locked ourselves out and decided we needed a better way and this new door lock has been the best! We have rage for each set of keys, but also use the pin system for our kids or visitors. We can easily change the pins if we are concerned. Super easy to use! Just remember to avoid using energiser batteries.

Absolutely great investment! My first digital doorlock. Got this product after got broken into using an old manual handle and key door lock, and couldn’t be happier! Easy to program and use, especially convenient use of the RFID card! I find that the double lock feature also useful especially when we sleep at night with a peace of mind. Most likely will get another one for the other doors when I’m due to upgrade security around the house. Not a single regret in buying this worthy investment!

If I ever need a smart lock again I will always go back to DDL as their after service is outstanding. Fair, quick and easy. Only 2 days, I got the spare part to repair the lock and it is fully functioning again.

Liked it the first time, got another. We installed a Smart Lock on our last home and liked it so much that we had to have one in our new home. The lock looks great and works perfectly although it can be tricky to get the installation right, the instructions could be better in that regard, reverted to UTube in the end. A great feature for us was we could program a specific access code for trades during a renovation and disable the code once they were finished. The same option could be used for guests or frequent visitors. No more keys, yeah!

Worth every dollar…. Our 1st ‘Smart Lock’ at our age & finding it a real bonus. Not good with modern technology, but once fitted to our front door we have found it so much easier to use than we expected & even managed to programme in numbers/codes etc without the help of younger generation. Will no doubt be investing in another for the back door of our new residence. Impressed!!!!

Re-Set my Lock. My wife had forgotten not only a password but the "MASTER" password for our lock. I called up & received the assistance I needed to reset the entire system. The representative that I spoke too, was not only very polite & very helpful, but able to sort out my issue within about 5 minutes. I am very very happy with the product and the after sales service is exception. Good Lock Pretty happy overall, install was reasonably simple with plenty of instructions given. Works quite well for our office door. Nice that you're able to change the volume level of the device and even mute it for general use. Just wish that you could also adjust he volume down while registering users to the device.

Great after sales service I recently moved into my new home which has a Samsung Digital Lock. The previous owners has changed the security code and has not left info about the code. Great Lock and even BETTER customer service! I bought this lock 4 years ago and it has been working great until recently. I figured I'd write in to inquire for any fix for my issue. The reps were extremely helpful and once we figured out it needs a new part, they sent out the spare and within a few days my lock was fixed! The lock is great but having that type of "after care customer service" is priceless and assures that peace of mind. Highly recommended!

new door lock competitively priced, with quality esthetic appeal. the lock was easy to fit and relatively easy to program. The auto lock function can be a pain depending on your requirements, but this function can be disabled unlike the "leave the house" alarm. I'm still not sure how this gets occasionally set which sends the lock into alarm mode when the door is opened from inside the house. It would be a feature I would disable if it was possible.

Great customer support! We chose Samsung digital lock because it fitted where it could be placed on the door and we wanted a digital lock. Attaching the lock presented minimal problems. Keying in the code was more of a challenge and we don't feel the picture instructions were really clear. Calling the technical help line resolved the issue as the real person (Ginalyn) at the end of the line was extremely clear, patient and encouraging. In fact she was the best phone-based help person we have ever encountered in any area of life. She was brilliant! She stepped through the processes in a timely manner and at no time made us feel rushed or stupid. Thankyou.

Great lock I have two of these locks (front and back door). They were easy to install and have been working fine from the start. Being able to use a pin number is very convenient. By now I have had the locks for almost 2 years. In this time I contacted the customer service twice for some "cosmetic" issues, both times they were very quick with their response and extremely helpful. Can definitely recommend!

Door Lock Good looking door lock on a black door. Easy to install and program. The clearance for the bolt in the striker plate might be a bit tight, but that is easily overcome.
