Great Delivery, NO back up service

I received the key tag in extra quick time, i was impressed, but when I raised a ticket to get help with registering the tag with my lock 14Days ago I did not and have still not got a response other that an acknowledgement of the ticket, pity the after sales service is not up to the same standard as the despatch.
